Baked Beans
Baked Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with beans, 1 1/2 tsp. soda, 3/4 c. sugar per lb. beans, diced ham or bacon and 1/4 c. molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Soak beans overnight.
Sprinkle the soda over beans.
Boil for 10 minutes, skimming off foam.
Drain 1/2 water off; cover with warm water.
Add 3/4 cup sugar per pound of beans.
Add diced ham or bacon, the molasses, diced onion, ginger, salt and pepper. Bake at 300Β° for 8 hours, or use slow cooker.
