Baked Bean Casserole
Baked Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 cans pork and beans, 1/4 c. ketchup and 3 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Saute bacon, diced, until almost crisp.
Saute onion in bacon fat until crisp.
Drain fat.
Combine bacon, onion, pork and beans, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, A.1., mustard and molasses.
Pour into one-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375Β° oven for 55 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Makes six servings.
