Baked Banana Squash
Baked Banana Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 6 pieces banana squash, approximately 4 to 6 tbsp. melted butter, 6 tbsp. brown sugar and nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut squash pieces into about 4 x 6-inch pieces.
Brush melted butter evenly inside part of the squash.
Sprinkle nutmeg and 1 tablespoon brown sugar over each piece of squash.
Place in shallow pan in oven.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
