Baked Apple Pudding
Baked Apple Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. blue bonnet margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. unsifted flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine the margarine, sugar and egg in mixing bowl. Beat until creamy. Gradually blend in combined flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir in vanilla, apples and walnuts. Turn mixture into an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until done.
Serve warm or cold topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
