Preheat oven to 375°. Pound chicken with mallet on both sides.
Salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with sage.
According to the size of the chicken, wrap 1 or 2 slices of bacon tightly around each breast.
Sprinkle with sage and place in baking dish.
Repeat for each breast.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until chicken is brown and bacon crisp.
