Bacon-Water Chestnut Roll-Ups

Drain water chestnuts and marinate them in soy sauce at least 1 hour.
Cut bacon slices into thirds.
Roll 2 or 3 water chestnuts up in the bacon and fasten with toothpick.
Coat the bacon roll-up in brown sugar.
Cover cookie sheet with foil for easy clean up.
Place roll-ups on cookie sheet and bake at 400Β° until the bacon is done.
