Bacon Tomato Cups
Bacon Tomato Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bacon, 1/2 small onion, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 can flaky biscuits and 1 medium tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion.
Grate cheese.
Mix all ingredients.
Set aside.
Separate each biscuit into three biscuits.
Lay each piece into a mini-muffin pan and press into cup.
Fill each cup with bacon mixture.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
