Bacon Rolls
Bacon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sliced bacon, 24 slices very fresh white bread, butter or margarine, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 c. minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain well and crumble.
Remove crusts from bread and spread butter on each slice.
Down middle of each slice of bread, put a line of crumbled bacon and sprinkle with cheese and parsley, then paprika and a dash of cayenne pepper.
Roll each slice up tightly and fasten with a toothpick. Broil until brown.
