Bacon Roll-Ups
Bacon Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. packaged herb-seasoned stuffing, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 lb. hot or mild sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in water.
Remove from heat; stir into stuffing. Add egg and sausage.
Blend thoroughly.
Chill 1 hour, then shape into small balls.
Cut bacon strips into thirds, crosswise; wrap one piece around dressing mixture and fasten with toothpick. Place on rack in shallow pan and bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes or until brown and crisp, turning at 1/2 point.
Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
May be made ahead of time.
