Bacon Pancakes
Bacon Pancakes is an easy dinner. Made with pancake mix, bacon, margarine and pancake syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Prepare pancake mix by instructions on package and set aside. Cut of a pound of bacon in 1/4-inch pieces. Fry bacon pieces crispy.
Remove bacon.
Drain and remove grease from pan. Pour 1/4 cup pancake mix in frying pan and sprinkle with some of bacon pieces. Cook until done. Spread margarine on warm pancake and serve with pancake syrup. Repeat until pancake and bacon pieces are gone.
Great with coffee or milk.
