Bacon Dressing
Bacon Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bacon, 3/4 c. water, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 6 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry bacon; drain fat.
Add water and bring to a boil.
While bacon is frying, beat eggs well.
Add cornstarch, vinegar and sugar.
Mix egg mixture well.
Slowly add egg mixture to boiling liquid.
Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Pour over cleaned lettuce.
Serve warm.
Garnish with hard-boiled egg slices, if desired.
