Bacon Bats
Bacon Bats is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 lb. sharp cheese, 1 large onion, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Or crumble bacon, cheese and onion together; stir in seasonings.
Toast bread on one side under broiler; spread untoasted side with filling; cut in any desired shape.
Arrange on cookie sheet; place under broiler until bubbly and brown. Serve immediately.
These may be spread in advance and broiled before serving.
