Bacon and Swiss Quiche

👨🍳 Instructions
Fry bacon.
Spread frozen pie crust with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Crumble bacon into bottom of pie and add Swiss strips. Mix 2 cups heavy cream with 4 eggs and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Pour over bacon and Swiss.
Bake at 425° for first 15 minutes.
Drop temperature to 350° and bake another 30 minutes.
