Bacon and Potato Soup
Bacon And Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bacon, fried crisp, 1 c. onion, chopped, 2 c. cubed potatoes, 1 c. water and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In bacon fat, saute onion 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain.
In a pot with sauteed onion, add potatoes and water; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Add milk, salt, pepper and parsley.
Heat to serving temperature.
Do not boil.
