Bacardi Rum Cake
Bacardi Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup water, oil and 1/2 cup rum and pour into pan.
Bake at 325° until done.
