Bacardi Rum Cake
Bacardi Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix (not with pudding), 1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filing, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan.
Mix all cake ingredients together.
Pour batter over nuts. Bake 1 hour.
Place cake on serving plate.
Prick holes with toothpick.
Spoon glaze evenly over tops and sides.
Allow cake to absorb glaze.
Repeat until all glaze is used.
