Boil the potatoes and 3 pieces of Bacahlau together.

Separate potatoes and Bacahlau.

Cut Bacahlau in small pieces.

Then mash potatoes.

Beat egg whites until fluffy.

Add to Bacahlau mixture.

Make into oblong shapes and fry.
