"Bac n Spinach" Quiche
"Bac N Spinach" Quiche is an easy dinner. Made with 10 eggs (room temperature), 1 3/4 c. half and half, 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1 pack frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed and shredded cheddar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Line a pie pan with pastry crust.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon.
Sprinkle spinach.
Sprinkle cheese.
Mix eggs and half and half well.
Pour over quiche.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Continue baking at 350° for approximately 40 minutes.
When knife comes out clean, it is done.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
