Babungku
Babungku is a Banjar rice-flour pudding colored with suji or pandan, enriched with coconut milk, and wrapped in banana leaf. The soft green cake is tender, fragrant, and gently sweet.

Whisk rice flour, coconut milk, pandan juice, sugar, salt, and a little starch until smooth.
Cook gently until the batter thickens into a soft green pudding.
Soften banana leaves over heat and form small packets or pyramids.

Steam until set, then serve warm with grated coconut.
