B B Q Ribs
B B Q Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2-3 country style ribs per person, or, 1 slab for 2 people, 1 c. catsup, 1 c. water, 1 stalk celery, leaves cut fine and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dip ribs in flour and brown in small amount of oil.
Place ribs in sauce made with remaining ingredients.
Spoon sauce over ribs to make sure they are covered.
Cover pan and simmer at 220Β° for 1 1/2 hours or more.
Turn ribs once or twice.
Add water as needed, in small amounts.
