Aztec Salad
Aztec Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ketchup (any brand), 1/4 c. honey, 1/4 c. picante sauce, 1/2 c. red and green peppers and 12 cocktail shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil and devein shrimp, then drain.
In mixing bowl, place ketchup, picante sauce and honey; then mix.
Add red and green peppers, then stir.
Add shrimp and stir.
Boil pasta and drain. While warm, add to mixture and stir completely.
When cool, spread over bed of lettuce and serve with chips of your choice.
