Awesome Zucchini Bake
Awesome Zucchini Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 med. zucchini, 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 1 small can black olives, 1 small can mushrooms, sliced and 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Slice zucchini in circles.
Coat in flour and salt and pepper.
Fry in a small amount of oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Layer zucchini, sauce, olives, mushrooms, and cheese in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Place in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
Serve with tossed salad and breadsticks.
Serves 6.
