Awesome Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. oil, 4 eggs, 2 c. grated carrots and 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs, pineapple (drained), vanilla and carrots.
Sift the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add nuts and raisins.
Bake in very lightly greased 9 x 15-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Top with Awesome Cream Cheese Frosting.
