Avocado Vinaigrette
Avocado Vinaigrette is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pure vegetable oil, 1/3 c. tarragon vinegar, 2 tbsp. parsley, minced, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In covered container, shake oil, vinegar, parsley, salt, pepper and sugar.
Halve avocados lengthwise; twist each half in opposite directions to separate.
Remove pit.
