Avocado Salad
Avocado Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 large avocado, mashed, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix jello and boiling water until jello is dissolved; cool. Mash avocado and mix with mayonnaise and vinegar; mix into cooled jello.
Add crushed pineapple, whipped cream and walnuts.
Pour into serving bowl and chill.
