Avocado-Lemon Jello
Avocado-Lemon Jello is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large avocado, 1/4 to 1/2-inch diced pieces, 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained, 1/2 c. diced celery, 1/3 c. chopped walnuts and 1 large pkg. lemon jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Prepare jello as directed.
Pour into 2 x 8 x 11-inch dish. Add the above ingredients, drained pineapple first, then the rest of the diced and chopped items. Refrigerate until set.
Serve on crisp layers of lettuce. Garnish with heaping teaspoonful of Miracle Whip that has been blended with (equal portion) Cool Whip, if desired.
