Autumn Gold Salad
Autumn Gold Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1/2 c. sour cream, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. grated onion and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Make jello according to package directions.
Cool slightly and add sour cream, lemon juice, onion and salt.
Beat until smooth; chill until partly set.
Fold in cheese, apples and celery.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into a 6 to 6 1/2-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce; trim with lemon-brushed apple slices, if desired.
Serves 8 to 10.
