Australian Strawberry Pie
Australian Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp. soft butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. gelatin and 1/4 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together egg yolks, butter and sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon gelatin, softened in 1/4 cup cold water.
Heat on low to dissolve. Beat whipping cream and vanilla.
Add to egg mixture (fold in). Pour mixture into pie shell.
Top with strawberries and partially set jello.
Refrigerate to set.
