Cream Crisco and margarine. Add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Alternate milk and flour mixture into egg, sugar and shortening mixture. Add vanilla and lemon extracts.
Do not preheat oven! Spray a tube pan with Baker's Joy and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350Β°. Yummy on 2nd or 3rd day.
