Aunt Ruby's Peanut Butter Icing
Aunt Ruby'S Peanut Butter Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. sweet milk or pet milk, 1/2 c. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In heavy saucepan, bring salt, sugar, milk and butter to a boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Set pan in cold water and beat, adding 2 or 3 tablespoons peanut butter.
For more than 2 layers, double recipe.
