Aunt Patsy'S Eggs

Cook pork and place evenly in bottom of a 13x9-inch dish. Layer bread cubes on top of pork.
Mix together eggs, cheese, mustard and milk.
Add salt and pepper to season.
Pour mixture over bread and pork.
Cover dish and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 75 minutes, or until eggs are slightly brown on top.
