Aunt Pat's Sugar Cookies
Aunt Pat'S Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. buttermilk or 1 tbsp. vinegar in 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl until blended well.
Mixture will be smooth with a cake-like consistency.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Top with chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, sugar, cherries, etc.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. Top with sugar and let cool.
