Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Cover cookie sheet with 1 layer of crackers.
Combine margarine and sugar.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Pour sugar mixture over crackers.
Spread chocolate chips over crackers.
Place in oven to melt chips.
Remove from oven.
Spread chocolate over crackers and sprinkle with nuts.
Allow to cool.
