Aunt Leona'S Orange Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 regular or 1 large pkg. orange jell-o, 1 c. orange sherbet and 1 small can mandarin oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup cold water. Mix well.
Add sherbet and juice from mandarin oranges.
Beat with electric mixer until foamy.
Let set until partly set.
Stir in mandarin oranges.
Pour into mold or other dish.
Refrigerate.
