Aunt Ina's Chicken Casserole
Aunt Ina'S Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, 1 can sliced mushrooms, 2 boxes chicken flavor stove top stuffing and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Pressure cook whole chicken for 45 minutes.
Tear or cut meat into small pieces.
Place in bottom of casserole dish, 9 x 13-inch size preferred.
Add layer of mushrooms.
Top with undiluted soup. Mix stuffing according to box directions and add to top of casserole.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes or until stuffing is browned.
