Aunt Flossie'S Unbelievable Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. strained beet juice, 1/2 c. realemon juice, 2 pkg. sure-jell, 8 c. sugar and 3 oz. pkg. jello (any flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring beet juice, lemon juice and Sure-Jell to a boil.
Add sugar and jello.
Stir until dissolved and boil 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Test to thickness wanted, then skim and add Kool-Aid.
Stir to dissolve.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
