Aunt Eva'S And Aunt Irma'S Shepherds Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Prepare potatoes as directed.
Spray rectangular casserole dish with Pam and spread 1 package of dough on bottom and sides of dish.
Bake in oven for 25% of baking time listed on tube.
Brown hamburger; drain grease.
Add 3/4 jar of salsa and all of broccoli.
Simmer on low for 5 minutes or until broccoli is no longer firm.
Layer potatoes on dough in casserole dish; top with 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
Add hamburger mixture.
Spread second pizza dough over hamburger mixture pressing sides of dish.
Bake per dough instructions until light golden brown.
Remove from oven; top with remaining cheese and parsley.
Return to oven for 2 minutes.
Remove and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
