Aunt Di's Pie
Aunt Di'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 (16 oz.) cool whip, 1 (12 oz.) jar caramel topping and 3/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine; add coconut and pecans.
Toast lightly in oven.
Set aside to cool.
Combine cream cheese and condensed milk using a mixer.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Put 1/4 of mixture in each pie shell.
Drizzle 1/4 of caramel on each pie.
Sprinkle with 1/4 coconut mixture; repeat layers.
Freeze well and serve frozen.
