Aunt Cindy's Potatoes
Aunt Cindy'S Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) bag of frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1 tsp. salt, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients, except cornflakes and 1/4 c.
Butter and mix well.
Pour into a buttered 9x13x2 baking dish.
Combine corn flakes and melted butter and sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
