Aunt Chris' Fudge
Aunt Chris' Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat; stir in chocolate until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème and nuts.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into 8 x 8 foil pans lined with wax paper and let set to cool.
Will take 2 pans.
After cooled, cut into squares.
