Peel and quarter potatoes.
Slice oleo over potatoes. Sprinkle Accent over potatoes.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
Mix sour cream and Ranch dressing mix and spread over cooked potatoes. Spread cheese over this and cook at 350° until sour cream is hot (somewhere around 5 to 10 minutes).
