Asparagus Roll-Ups
Asparagus Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 22 to 24 slices white bread and 1 (15 oz.) can asparagus, well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine the first 3 ingredients; mix well and set aside.
Trim crusts off bread; press each slice to 1/8 inch with rolling pin or fingertips.
Spread each slice with a teaspoon of butter/onion mixture.
Place an asparagus spear on each slice of bread.
Roll up tightly and secure with wooden toothpick.
Brush rolls with melted butter and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove picks and garnish (if desired); serve warm.
