Asparagus Roll-Ups
Asparagus Roll-Ups is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. minced parsley, 2 tsp. well drained prepared white horseradish, 6 (2 x 4-inch) pieces smoked salmon and 6 asparagus spears (4 inches long), cooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In bowl, cream together the cream cheese, parsley and horseradish.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture over each salmon strip.
Place asparagus over cheese on the long side and roll up. Chill 1 hour.
Before serving, use a sharp knife to cut each roll into four 1-inch pieces and serve.
Serves 12.
