Asparagus Quiche
Asparagus Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9-inch pie shell, 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus or 1 (10 oz.) frozen, 2 oz. shredded swiss cheese, 6 eggs, beaten and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In saucepan over medium heat, cook asparagus until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
If frozen, cook according to directions. Arrange asparagus and cheese in bottom of pie crust.
Beat remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour this mixture over asparagus and cheese.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cook about 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
