Asparagus Quiche
Asparagus Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. asparagus, 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese, 5 large eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook asparagus in salted water until tender; drain.
Cool and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
Place Swiss cheese in bottom of raw pie crust.
Arrange asparagus on top of cheese.
Blend eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
Pour slowly over asparagus and cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Test with knife for doneness. Cool 5 to 7 minutes before cutting.
