Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (15 oz.) cans cut asparagus spears, drained, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup (condensed), 3 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and 1 c. cracker crumbs, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Combine asparagus, celery soup, eggs and cheese.
Spoon into casserole.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until bubbly and crumbs are golden brown, about 30 minutes.
