Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 can asparagus, 1 can green peas, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain asparagus.
Arrange half of asparagus in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Cover with drained peas.
Mix mushroom soup, mayonnaise, grated Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, onion and beaten eggs to make a sauce.
Pour half of the sauce over the asparagus and peas.
Add remaining asparagus.
Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle crackers on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
