Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 lb. crushed soda crackers, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans asparagus (cut spears), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix crackers and cheese in bowl.
Beat eggs and add juice from asparagus.
In large square baking dish, pour a little of the juice-egg mixture to cover bottom.
Add a thin layer of cheese cracker mixture.
Layer remaining ingredients as follows
1 can asparagus, 1/2 can mushroom soup and a layer of cracker/cheese mixture (spoon some of the juice-egg mixture over this).
Repeat, ending with remaining juice-egg mixture.
Dot with butter and bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes or until brown.
