Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, boiled and chopped, 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can asparagus, 1 (11 oz.) can mushroom soup, leftover peas or lima beans and 10 crackers, crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put ingredients in layers: peas or lima beans (optional), 1/3 can mushroom soup, 1/2 can asparagus, 1 egg, 1/3 can mushroom soup, repeat asparagus, egg and mushroom soup.
Mix cheese, crackers and melted margarine in bowl.
Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350Β° until bubbly.
