Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans asparagus spears, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 stick margarine, 1 stack crackers and 1 1/2 c. velveeta (small box), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat asparagus liquid; add margarine.
Mix 1 cup water and flour.
Pour slowly into boiling mixture.
Stir; add cheese and melt.
Make 3 layers of asparagus, crackers and nuts.
Pour sauce over all layers.
Sprinkle crackers and nuts on top. Bake at 475Β° until brown, about 5 minutes.
